No, the prices displayed are excluding VAT.

How can I pay for my order?
We take the majority of pro-forma payments by credit / debit cards. Customers who hold a credit account with us typically pay by BACS or cheque.

Can I pay by credit card, Paypal etc.?
We can take payments by major credit / debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Maestro etc. We do not accept payments by Paypal.

Is there a fee levied for paying by credit / debit card?
No, there is no surcharge levied on card payments. Please bear in mind there is a minimum order value. There is also a carriage fee applicable to orders below £500.

Can I pay by direct debit?
No.

Can I pay for my order online?
No, all payments need to be arranged through the sales team.

Do you offer credit facilities?
Yes we do. After we receive your application we will contact you.

Can I e-mail my credit application to you?
If you can clearly scan the completed application form, you can e-mail to: info@jigsawesl.com. If the quality of the scan is not adequate we will request the form to be either mailed or faxed to us with any other relevant documents.

Can I have a trade account when I only sell on ebay?
No, we do not permit any of our customers to sell Jigsaw esl products on ebay.

Can I see my account online?
No. You will need to contact us for all account related questions.

What countries do you supply?
Providing payment is secure, your location is irrelevant. If logistics are not an issue we will supply any country in the world.

How much is freight?
Each order is different. We supply customers by both sea and air. We will work with you to find your preferred solution.

How quick can you get my order to me?
Under normal circumstances we aim to offer a 24 – 48 hour turnaround within the UK. If an order is received on a Monday morning we would aim to have it picked, packed and dispatched by Tuesday. Export orders will obviously take longer and we are happy to advise on timeframes when an order is placed. Throughout September – December, deliveries maybe delayed and the likelihood of this increases in the lead up to Christmas. During this period you are best advised to place your order early. Feel free to contact us for an estimate on delivery.

Do you offer a drop shipping service?
No, we do not offer drop shipping.

Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
No.

Can I come and visit you?
Yes, you are welcome to make an appointment to visit our office. We can also make arrangements to visit your premises.

I want to pick up my order, is this possible?
Yes you are welcome to pick up your order. Please notify us when you place your order that you intend to use your own courier service.

How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free for orders with a minimum value of £500 (ex. VAT). Orders below £500 will incur the following surcharges:

UK Mainland - £6.00
Northern. Ireland - £16.00
Republic of Ireland - £21.00

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, please bear in mind we are a business to business supplier. As such we have a minimum order value of £250. For any orders below this value you will need to consult a sales advisor. Prices are excluding VAT.
