Melinda Messenger is the epitome of overnight success. In January of 1997, she appeared in her underwear in an advert for double glazing in local bus stops (in Swindon), which were promptly removed by over eager admirers. She was immediately plucked from her 9-5 job and became an overnight success when The Sun Newspaper named her their Page 3 "Girl for the Thrillenium".

It wasn't long before Melinda started her TV Career, of which she is now in her 11th year. She has become a National favourite and has had what must be the most successful transition from glamour model to TV presenter. More recently Melinda has become the face of Ultimo's new range of D-G cup lingerie.  Melinda is a well respected and outspoken advocate of children's rights, and supports many charities: Barnado's, Action Aid, NSPCC amongst others, and has become a role model for working mothers everywhere.
